1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the e9win platform in any form — whether via website, mobile app, or any other access method provided — you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms and conditions take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process. e9win reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the e9win platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
• e9win reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including requesting identification documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or termination.
• Your e9win account is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other party.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

• Notify the e9win support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

• e9win is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• e9win does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, free from errors, or free from cybersecurity threats.
• Any losses arising from technical disruptions originating from third-party game providers are beyond e9win's direct liability.
• The maximum liability of e9win to any player, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the e9win support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that do not meet the conditions) will be returned via the original payment method.
